Description

The vendor will provide consulting services for the Access HRA Releases. The period of performance will be for thirty-six (36) months from September 1,2024 to August 31,2027. Access HRA Releases ACCESS HRA (AHRA) is DSS’s public facing portal that has become the primary front door for the three million plus New Yorkers in need of supportive services and benefits from DSS. New Yorkers and organizations that work with DSS clients increasingly use the portal and mobile app to interact with DSS to submit a variety of food, cash, and Medicaid benefit applications and re-certifications and to obtain case information and notifications.
