Judgment is required in evaluating competing proposals, and it is in the best interest of the City to require a balancing of price, quality and other factors. Due to the nature of the services, the Agency expects a limited number of qualified vendors.
Description

The recommended provider, will find appropriate hotels for the program and assist with booking, managing, tracking, reporting and invoicing for hotel services. These hotel units will be used by social services vendors to house emergency shelter clients who have entered the DHS shelter system. Contractor shall act as a fiscal agent for the department and use reasonable efforts to perform the administrative and management services.
