Description

HPD seeks bids for Lead Paint Abatement Services in occupied buildings. 2 awards are to be made from the bids received, together to service all 5 boroughs. Each contract is to be awarded for up to $3,850,000 for a 2-year initial term, with payment to be made according to the prices bid and accepted by HPD. An optional, but highly-recommended Pre-Bid Conference will be held for prospective bidders. Bidders must satisfy all qualifications required by applicable law, rule, or statute.
