Description

This Competitive Sealed Bid (CSB) is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this CSB must be submitted via PASSPort. To access the solicitation, vendors should visit the PASSPort Public Portal at  https://www.nyc.gov/site/mocs/passport/about-passport.page  and click on the “Procurement Navigator.” This will take you to the Public Portal of all procurements in the PASSPort system. To quickly locate the CSB, insert the EPIN 84125B0021 into the Keywords search field. In order to respond to the Competitive Sealed Bid, vendors must create an account within the PASSPort system if they have not already done so.
This procurement is subject to DBE participation goals. The DBE goals for this project are 10%.

A Pre-bid Conference (Optional) has been scheduled for 6/16/2025 at 10 am through Zoom/Teams. Those who wishing to attend must email the authorized agency contact for a Zoom/Teams link.
