Three-year replacement bid for document translation services. The Office of Administrative Trials and Hearing (OATH) is committed to providing comprehensive translation services to all respondents summoned to the agency’s Tribunal. OATH provides all respondents with the option of submitting forms in the language of their choice, regardless of whether or not the form is printed and/or made available in the language used. Therefore, work performance for this initiative covers document translation services for OATH’s Trials and Hearings Divisions. Potential assignments will include the translation of forms, informational brochures, transcripts, and other outreach materials into multiple language translations. There will also be translation requests for documents the agency receives from the public to be transcribed into English which includes forms, applications and defenses.
