Description

This Project consists of the gut renovation of the library interior. New construction includes the removal and replacement of the mezzanine floor structure and a new vestibule with elevator access to a new bridge to the mezzanine. The existing gas service will be removed and all new electrical, plumbing, heating/air-conditioning systems will be installed. There is new landscaping and entry access. Existing windows will be replaced. CB: Queens 1
