This solicitation is to obtain services in connection with CPD&I Services in connection with Demographic Consultant Services. The total Not-to-Exceed ("NTE") award amount will be up to One Million Dollars ($1,000,000). The duration of this contract will be up to Three (3) Years with up to two (2) one (1) year renewal options. To assist you with your request, the following is a summary of the services that will be required:

General Information/Brief Summary:

The Consultant selected under this RFP will provide the SCA with Demographic Services in Connection with Enrollment Projections. The enrollment projections are a critical component in the capital planning process. Enrollment projection, coupled with capacity information, forms the basis for the comprehensive analysis on capacity need and provides the framework for further discussion with DOE. Annual enrollment projection reports are also posted on the School Construction Authority's website.
