Description

Sewer Rodding with Water Jetting & CCTV Camera Inspection- Various Developments, Area Focused within Queens & Staten Island.  The Term of this contract shall be for a period of three (3) years from the award date established on NYCHA’s Blanket Purchase Order or the issuance of the Notice to Proceed Order.  NYCHA, in its sole discretion, shall have the option to extend the Term of this contract with up to two (2) one-year renewal periods.

NYCHA's MWBE Utilization Plan:

All vendors are required to participate in NYCHA's MWBE Utilization Plan. Vendors are required to complete and submit at least ONE of the following items by the due date(s) listed.

-MWBE Utilization Plan: At time of bid submission (also required when requesting a Partial Waiver) Failure to complete the Utilization Plan or Waiver may deem your bid non-responsive. “OR”

-Waiver (or Partial Waiver) of MWBE Utilization Plan: at least Seven (7) days prior to bid due date.

Pre-Bid Conference:   A non-mandatory virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be hosted, Friday, June 6, 2025, at 11:00 AM, and will be conducted remotely via Microsoft Teams meeting.
