Description

The CFB seeks a qualified IT recruitment firm with experience (especially with government) and a proven track record to provide technical recruitment search services on a referral fee basis. The goal is to establish a 24-month contract to identify and place highly qualified applicants, adhering to the Federal, State, and City of New York Equal Employment Opportunity policies.

The IT Recruiters will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified professionals for technology-related roles. Their duties will include (but not limited to) collaborating with CFB staff to identify hiring needs, developing job descriptions, posting jobs, screening candidates, conducting interviews, assessing applicants' skills, onboarding new employees, and providing recruiting reports. They also need to understand technical job requirements, maintain candidate databases, and keep up to date with technological trends. The IT recruiters must have technical knowledge, communication skills, and organizational understanding of key IT talents essential for fulfilling the desired roles.
