Description

This Project consists of a gut renovation to the 7,815 GSF existing library building. The scope includes partial demolition of the interior and façade, enclosure of the existing courtyard, addition of a vestibule, new storefront and windows, addition of interior partitions, finishes, and fixtures, new landscape, and new solar panels on the roof.
