Description

The New York City Department of Housing Preservation & Development (HPD) is releasing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to the Citywide Bidders List to identify a vendor to execute a data-driven approach to assist building owners in HPD’s Asset Management portfolio to comply with NYC’s ambitious climate laws and goals, strategically decarbonize their buildings, and ensure that all buildings can access the incentives and resources that make this possible. The program will utilize Local Law 97 to drive engagement and streamline the tools necessary for affordable housing to decarbonize at scale. Funding for this initiative has been made available through the DOE’s Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and is subject to relevant federal guidelines and NYC Procurement Policy Board rules.
