IN THE MATTER OF a Contract between the New York City Fire Department and FirstOnScene, LLC, located at 117 Marinda Drive, Fairfax, California 94930, for the provision of Maintenance and Technical Support Services for NYFIRS, Citywide. The contract amount shall be $321,793.68. The term of the contract shall be from February 12, 2025 to February 11, 2027. E-PIN: 05725S0008001.

The Vendor has been selected by Sole Source Method pursuant to Section 3-05(a) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
