IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the Department of Citywide Administrative Services and Jedi Associates Inc, 106 Yarrow Circle, Dayton, NJ 08810 for procuring CRM Dynamics Developers responsible for updating the HR automation system, address existing limitations, create new features to support evolving business needs and etc.

The proposed contract is in the amount of $299,880.00. The contract term will be from June 2, 2025 to January 19 2026 with no renewal options.  E-PIN #: 85625W0062001

The Vendor has been selected by M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method (“NCSP”), pursuant to Section 3-08 (c)(1)(iv) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules
