The NYC Campaign Finance Board intends to enter into a Negotiated Acquisition with SHI International Corp. Basis of the determination to use the negotiated acquisition procurement method: it is not practicable to award a contract by competitive sealed proposals due to a time-sensitive situation and a need for services to start quickly.
