Description

Pursuant to Section 3-04(b)(2)(iii) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules (PPB), ACS is extending this Clinical Consultation Program with The Child Center of NY (CCNY) via the Negotiation Acquisition Extension procurement method for an additional year, from January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025, to avoid any gaps in critical services while preparing to release a new RFP. ACS released a Concept Paper in August 2024, and ACS anticipates releasing the RFP for these services in early 2025 with an anticipated award start date of January 1, 2026. This program services Manhattan, Bronx, Staten Island, and as of Jan. 1, 2025, will now service Brooklyn as well. The previous contractor, Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services, has chosen not to extend their contract CT1-068-20248805304 (Brooklyn Site).
