BWT-1572-PSE (R): The Work under this Contract is to provide all necessary labor, parts, materials, and equipment to perform regulatory compliance emission source stack testing on engines, turbines, boilers, flares, emergency generators, and odor control systems as mandated by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) 6 NYCRR Part 201 permits issued to the New York City Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) for its Wastewater Resource Recovery Facilities (WRRFs). This Competitive Sealed Bid (“RFx”) is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this RFx should be submitted via PASSPort. To access the solicitation, vendors should visit the PASSPort Public Portal at https://www.nyc.gov/site/mocs/passport/about-passport.page and click on the “Search Funding Opportunities in PASSPort” blue box. This will take you to the Public Portal of all procurements in the PASSPort system. To quickly locate the RFx, insert the EPIN 82625B0026 into the Keywords search field.
