Description

The NYC Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) is seeking proposals from qualified UI/UX designers with experience in human-centered design to create a youth-informed, user-friendly interface for a centralized referral, assessment and intake system. This system will enable homeless youth and young adults (YYA), as well as other users in New York City’s five boroughs, to access real-time information about bed availability in DYCD’s Runaway and Homeless Youth (RHY) residential programs. The UI/UX design portion of this initiative is anticipated to span approximately 3 months.
