NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on April 11, 2025, at 2:00 PM.  The Public Hearing will be held via Zoom.

IN THE MATTER OF a proposed Contract between the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation and Sandhu Contracting Inc., 18-07 38th Street, Astoria, New York 11105, for M246-121M Kimlau Square Arch Reconstruction, Located At Chatham Sq., Oliver St. And East Broadway, Manhattan, Community Board 3, Borough of Manhattan. A draft copy of the Contract will be available for public inspection at Department of Parks and Recreation, The Olmsted Center, 117-02 Roosevelt Ave, Corona, NY 11368, from March 28, 2025 through April 11, 2025 excluding weekends and Holidays, from 9am-3pm (EST).

Pursuant to Section 2-11(c)(3) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules, if this contract is for less than $1,000,000 and if Parks does not receive, by April 4, 2025, from any individual, a written request to speak at this hearing, then Parks need not conduct this hearing.
