Description

The NYC Department of Citywide Administrative Services is seeking to procure Hydrogenation-Derived Renewable Diesel (HDRD) Fuel for barge deliveries for the City of New York. Renewable diesel offers the potential to completely replace use of fossil diesel fuel in fleet with reductions in greenhouse gasses of 60% or more. It is a critical component of our sustainability initiatives and the NYC Clean Fleet plan.

The overall expectation is to award contract to one vendor who is most able and capable to complete the project, and is the most fiscally advantageous to the City. The expected contract is to be three years with a one-year renewal option.
