NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN PURSUANT TO SECTION 104 of the Public Officers’ Law that a meeting of the New York City Rent Guidelines Board (RGB) will be held on Thursday, March 27, 2025 at 9:30 AM at Spector Hall, 22 Reade Street, New York, NY 10007.  The Board will be meeting to discuss the 2025 Income and Expense Study.

The public is invited to attend and observe the proceedings of this meeting in-person.  This location has the following accessibility option(s) available: Wheelchair Accessible.
