IN THE MATTER OF the proposed contract between the City of New York Department for the Aging and Selfhelp Community Services, Inc. located at 520 Eighth Ave, 5th Floor, New York, NY 10018, to support older adult services in Queens. The proposed contract is in the amount of $1,040,970.00. The contract term shall be from July 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026 with no option to renew. E-PIN #: 12525R0005001.
The proposed contractor has been selected by Required Authorized Source, pursuant to Section 1-02 (d)(2) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
