The City of New York Department of Parks & Recreation ("Parks") has awarded a concession to Zurab Tskhakaia, 1131 Ave z, Apt 1A, Brooklyn, NY, 11235 for the Operation of a Tennis Professional Concession at Kaiser Park. (“Permit Premises”). The concession, which was solicited by a Negotiated Concession, will operate pursuant to a permit agreement for one (1) five (5) year term. Concessionaire shall pay to the City permit fees consisting of a guaranteed minimum annual fee:
