Description

DSS/ITS is requesting Desktop Asset Management/PC Installation Services for AR223662/SO7564. These services are essential for rolling out new systems at the new location, 2400 Fulton Avenue. De-installation is also needed to remove old systems as users transition to the new site, currently under construction by GSS and DCAS. This building will house HRA programs currently located at 250 Livingston Street, 404 Pine Street, and 275 Bergen Street/88 Third Avenue, including IREA, FIA, MAP, SNAP, OPO, GSS, ITS, and HASA. The new site is expected to be ready for occupancy by March 2025, with equipment delivery starting around October 1, 2024. Staff relocations will occur weekly from March 2025 over approximately seven months, followed by the removal of old equipment.

**IMPACT STATEMENT:** Without these services, ITS will be unable to prepare the new site before user move-in dates, jeopardizing staff efficiency and client services. Continuation of Contract 20200001383 is critical as HRA upgrades all Personal Computers (PC) and Peripherals across the five boroughs via a Wide Area Network (WAN). The upgrade will involve refreshing PCs and peripherals in HRA field offices, with deliverables including: 1. Relinquishing 10,000 old systems. 2. Unpacking and disposing of 30,100 packing materials. 3. Installing and configuring 8,400 CPUs and various peripherals, including printers and monitors. 4. Relocating 7,500 existing systems within the same address.
