IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the Human Resources Administration of the City of New York and Institute for Community Living Inc., located at 125 Broad Street, New York, NY 10004, for the Provision of Affordable Housing for DSS Referred Households. The proposed contractor has been selected by Competitive Sealed Proposal method, pursuant to Section 3-03 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
A draft copy of the proposed contract is available for public inspection at the Human Resources Administration of the City of New York, Office of Contracts, 150 Greenwich Street, 37th Floor, New York, NY 10007, on business days, from March 14, 2025 to March 25, 2025, between the hours of 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
