The New York City Mayor’s Office of Labor Relations (OLR) for the New York City Employee Benefits Program is soliciting responses from a qualified entity to administer a population-based, multi-segmented verification of dependent eligibility for OLR in its administration of the New York City Health Benefits Program (HBP) either directly or through subcontracts with organizations qualified to perform all or some of the Project Services required by this NA.
