IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between New York City Emergency Management (NYCEM) and Everbridge, Inc., principal office located at 8300 Boone Blvd. Suite 800, Vienna, VA 22182, for the provision of Critical Event Management (CEM) Platform. The proposed contractor has been selected by Sole Source Procurement Method, pursuant to Section 3-05 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
