IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the Department of Homeless Services of the City of New York and Midway Living, Inc., located at 1028 Dahill Road, Brooklyn, NY 11204, for the provision of Shelter Facilities for Homeless Families with Children in Brooklyn, New York. The contract term shall be from April 1, 2025 to June 30, 2029 with one four-year renewal option from July 1, 2029 to June 30, 2033. The contract amount will be $52,648,882.00. CB 12, Brooklyn. The proposed contractor has been selected by Competitive Sealed Proposal Method, pursuant to Section 3-03 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
