The City of New York Department of Parks & Recreation ("Parks") has awarded a concession to NUTS ABOVE NUTS INC, 177-50 106TH ROAD, JAMAICA, NY, 11433for the operation of one (1) Non-Processing Cart in Central Park at West Drive & West 96th St. (“Permit Premises”). The concession, which was solicited by a Request for Bids, will operate pursuant to a permit agreement for one (1) five (5) year term. Concessionaire shall pay to the City permit fees consisting of an annual fee:

Year 2: $ 41,000.00    
Year 3: $ 44,000.00       
Year 4: $ 44,000.00
