NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, January 29, 2025 commencing at 10:00 A.M. on the following contract:
IN THE MATTER OF one (1) proposed contract between the Administration for Children’s Services and YMS Management Associates Inc, located at 160 Broadway, Suite 1201, New York, NY 10038-4201. The proposed contract is for the provision of Child Care Voucher Payment Services, for the term of July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2028, with two renewal options of three years each. The contract is in the amount of $8,438,400.00 and the EPIN for this procurement is 06824P0003001.
