Description

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. via Conference Call. Call-in #: 1-929-221-0010, ACCESS CODE: 6347.

IN THE MATTER OF one (1) proposed contract between the Department of Homeless Services of the City of New York and the contractor listed below, for the Provision of Hotel Management Services for DHS City Emergency Programs. The contract term shall be from January 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 with one three-year renewal option from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2029.

The proposed contractor has been selected by means of the Negotiated Acquisition method, pursuant to Section 3-04 of the Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules.

A draft copy of the proposed contract is available for public inspection at the Human Resources Administration of the City of New York, Office of Contracts, 150 Greenwich Street, 37th Floor, New York, NY 10007, on business days, from January 17, 2025 to January 28, 2025, between the hours of 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
