Description

Pursuant to Section 3-10 (k) of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules, the New York City Office of the Comptrollermaintains a Pre- Qualified List of Auditors (CPA List). City agencies seeking to award an external auditing contract must solicit theservices from firms that are on the CPA List. To be considered for placement on the CPA List and to remain on the CPA List, your firmmust: 1. Be registered with the New York State Education Department to practice in the State of New York, under your firm’s currentorganizational status. 2. Have had a System or Engagement Peer Review (Peer Review) of your firm’s auditing and accounting practicewithin the last three years and continue to have such peer reviews conducted every three years in accordance with American Institute ofCertified Public Accountants (AICPA) Standards.
