ACS requests approval to extend its Analytical Technical Assistance and Program Evaluation contract with Action Research Partners in Service Area 2 through a first Negotiated Acquisition Extension. Action Research Partners provides critical implementation support for operations and system reforms vital to ACS’s mission. This NAE, covering the period of 11/1/2024 to 10/31/2025, will allow ACS to continue providing services without a gap until the award resulting from the new RFP is in place by 11/1/2025.
Description

ACS is extending CT# 20241416652, Analytical Technical Assistance and Program Evaluation contract with Action Research Partners (assigned from Public Catalyst Group) in Service Area 2 through a first Negotiated Acquisition Extension, in accordance with Section 3-04(b)(2)(iii) of the PPB Rules.  The base contract was CT# 20181423748 from 11/1/2017 to 10/31/2020 with Public Catalyst Group (later assigned to Action Research Partners)- the contract was renewed from 11/1/2020 - 10/31/2023.  Action Research Partners provides critical implementation support for operations and system reforms vital to ACS’s mission.
