Description

Department of Homeless Services (DHS) is requesting to exercise the two (2) year renewal option for the contract with Intrinsic Systems, LLC. Intrinsic Systems, LLC provides an ongoing service for maintenance and repair of fire safety systems in Bronx, Manhattan & Queens. This critical service is required and mandated by state and local laws and ordinances. This type of service is essential in order to keep fire safety systems in good working order and to provide a safe environment for clients we serve. The renewal contract amount is $2,574,147.00 for the period from 4/1/2015 to 3/31/2027.
