DOC is seeking vendors utilizing the Demonstration Project Challenge Based Procurement Method to find innovative solutions focused on trauma-informed care and evidence-based strategies for both the general and specialized populations that enhance coping skills and resilience, thereby: o Reducing the number of self harm incidents, including suicide (attempts). o Improving mental health outcomes as measured by standardized assessments. o Increasing engagement in prosocial activities and programming. o Increasing utilization of community-based mental health and support services post-release.
