One45 Lenox LLC submitted an application certified by the NYC Department of City Planning to seeks a ZM to rezone an area from C8-3 and R7-2/C1-4 to a C4-6 district; a ZR to modify Appendix F and designate the project area with MIH; two ZS to change height and setback regulations and residential parking requirements; and a ZC to allow additional curb cuts.
