IN THE MATTER OF a Purchase Order/Contract between the Fire Department of the City of New York and RFRS Radiology PC Radiology Film Reading, located at 210 W 101 Street, #10c, New York, NY 10025, for the provision of Radiological Facilities Management, Interpretation And Quality Assurance Services.  The contract amount shall be $3,603,914.23.  The term of the Agreement shall be from the date of the Notice to Proceed, until the expiration of five (5) consecutive years.  E-PIN #:  05724P0013001.

The Vendor has been selected by Competitive Sealed Proposals, pursuant to Section 3-03 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
