Older Adult Centers (OAC) provide an outlet aimed at socialization for community-dwelling older adults and prevent them from being isolated and disenfranchised. Older Adults engage in various programs and participate classes and activities including but not limited to art, music, dance, chronic disease self-management classes, nutrition workshops, benefits screenings, technology classes; recreational trips, transportation services; and congregate meals.
