Description

The New York City HRA  is seeking appropriately qualified organizations to develop and provide high-quality services for senior households residing in newly developed, affordable senior housing projects which include a set-aside for homeless seniors. The goal of the service program is to enable seniors to live independently and age in place in permanent, affordable housing with an emphasis on supporting formerly homeless seniors. Services will provide a range of engagement opportunities for all seniors living in these new senior housing buildings with light touch case assistance targeted for seniors who have histories of homelessness.
