Transitional Supportive Congregate Housing for HASA Clients. Transitional Congregate housing programs assist clients in locating housing, which are both critically needed and cost effective. Compared to the costs of hospitalization, which currently average over $1,000 per day. The term of the proposed renewal contract will be from December 1, 2024 through November 30, 2028.
