Description

Pursuant to PPB Rule § 1-02(d)(1), the NYC Dept. of Homeless Services (DHS) is requesting a new Three-year contract with the New York State Industries of the Disabled (NYSID/AHRC). NYSID/AHRC is a Preferred Source Service vendor. This contract is for NYSID to provide janitorial services to DHS’ Central Warehouse located at 101-07 Farragut Road, Brooklyn NY.  It’s a three-year contract with a two, 1-year options to renewal. Proposed contract term is 7/1/2023-6/30/2026. Proposed contract amount is $1,006,510.43. Approval for proposed contract is granted by NYS Office of General Services.
