Description

This Negotiated Acquisition (NA) is issued by the Mayor’s Office of Labor Relations (OLR) for the City of New York’s Employee Benefits Program. The purpose of this NA is to solicit responses from qualified actuaries with expertise in healthcare cost containment to perform: (1) healthcare actuarial analysis for cost containment; (2) collect, securely maintain, and accumulate health and claims data from the various health benefits providers; (3) comparative healthcare analysis and benchmarking; and (4) delivery of proposals for new financing and delivery arrangements of healthcare to City employees and retirees and other services as required by OLR.
