Description

SWP-108 - Stormwater Retrofit Program III. Pursuant to Section 3.5 of the 2017 FAD, the City is required to continue to contract with Catskill Watershed Corporation (CW Corp.) to provide the funding needed to allow the Program to construct nine (9) stormwater retrofit projects per year, consistent with the Program Rules. CW Corp. has agreed to continue to serve as program manager for the continuation of the Program, to be also known as the Stormwater Retrofit III Program, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
