Addendum #1 is being issued pursuant to IFB # BMCC 256602 - Asbestos Abatement and Removal Service to notify of REVISION OF ALL BID SUBMISSION DATES. You are required to sign Addendum #1 and submit with you IFB Submission.
1. The Mandatory Site Visit Date is REVISED. The Site Visit date is now Wednesday Dec. 11, 2024 at 10:00 AM. You must confirm your attendance of the Site Visit no later than Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2024 at 3:00 PM
2. The Questions Deadline is REVISED. The Question Deadline Date is now Thursday, Dec. 19,2024 at 2:00 PM
3. The Bid Submission Due Date is REVISED. The Bid Submission Due Date is now Wednesday, January 8, 2025 at 11:00 AM.
4. The Bid Opening Date is REVISED. The Bid Opening Date is now Wednesday, January 8, 2025 at 12:00PM.
The Contractor shall provide on a lump sum, turnkey basis, all labor and equipment to provide Asbestos Abatement and Removal Services. Space is approx. 4,187 sq. ft.
A Mandatory Site Visit will be held on Thursday, Nov. 21, 2024 at 10:00 AM. All interested Proposers will meet and sign in at 199 Chambers St. Main Campus Lobby, Security Desk. You must respond that you will be attending the Site Visit no later than Wed. Nov. 20, 2024 at 3:00PM. Please e-mail Leonore Gonzalez- Santos, lgonzalez@bmcc.cuny.edu to inform that you and any other members of your organization will be attending. Include the names of all attendees. Those vendors who do not respond by the Site Visit Response Deadline will not be permitted to attend the site visit.
