This Sole Source Contract with CityBridge, LLC via its exclusive advertising partner Intersection Media, LLC, is the sole and exclusive entity authorized to sell digital advertising space for display on the LinkNYC network of kiosks. 4 other vendors (Sleeve Media LLC, Meerkat Media, TOATEY Inc., Gold Chip Digital Marketing) expressed their interest in this Sole Source contract via e-mail. The ACCO’s responds had been sent with explanation of procured services and suggestion to send a request for placement on DSS’s vendor list for future solicitations. Responses are attached to the procurement file.
Description

Department of Social Services Office of Communications and Marketing intends to enter into a Sole Source Contract with CityBridge, LLC c/o intersection Media, LLC for Ads to Link NYC Kiosks for DHS Safe Haven Video Campaign., which was conducted from January 2, 2023 to February 26, 2023. This is a Sole Source Contract because the City Bridge LLC is a sole and executive operator of the LinkNYC network in New York City. City Bridge, via its exclusive advertising partner Intersection Media, LLC, is the sole and exclusive entity authorized to sell digital advertising space for display on the LinkNYC network of kiosks. Procurement and award is in accordance with Section 3.01 (d)(2)(iv) for the reason set forth herein. The cost of the provided service is $199,000.00.
