Description

Community Software Solutions (CSS) provides a system for case management utilized by DOP for input of data from contracted human service providers for a variety of programs. Initial license was purchased separately under CT1-781-20221415137. This purchase would allow for on-going use of the system, including maintenance and any system upgrades or modifications. These services can only be purchased directly through CSS as the sole manufacturer/supplier and proprietary owner of all code associated with the system.
