This procurement is intended to provide resources for the maintenance and support of the existing Real Time Field Force (RTFF) mobile application and Dashboard The Real Time Field Force (RTFF) Mobile application is a smartphone/tablet product that uses internet connectivity to access and transfer inspection data in real time. It allows ENS CODE Inspectors to be more efficient in their daily inspections by providing complaint data in real time. Giving the user a quicker response time for all complaints; removing delays caused by manual routing. RTFF allows priority complaints to be handled immediately, streamlining inspection results captured by inspectors thus reducing office time and user errors. RTFF simplifies the inspection process by creating a central place for complaint, building and contact information and provides a seamless way to reach out to tenants by connecting them to the devices phone application The Real Time Field Force (RTFF) Dashboard is a web-based application which is used by City-Wide Chief, Borough Chiefs, Supervisors, and Routing Clerks in the existing borough-based offices to monitor inspections in real time, prioritize stops and manage inspector’s data.
