Description

The New York City Department of Sanitation ("DSNY" or “the Department") intends to award a non-exclusive contract to one or more qualified firms ("Contractors") operating a permitted or otherwise authorized Non-Putrescible Solid Waste ("NPSW") Transfer Station which will provide the labor, materials, equipment, and facilities required to accept, process and beneficially use or dispose of (collectively “disposition”) NPSW as may be delivered from time to time by DSNY or its authorized representatives.
