Description

Pursuant to Section 3-04(b)(2)(i)(D) and Section 3-04(b)(2)(ii) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules, the Department of Housing Preservation and Development(HPD) intends to enter into a Negotiated Acquisition contract with MRI Software LLC 28925 Fountain Parkway Solon, OH 44139. This contract is for the Housing Asset Management software subscription. The contract term will be  from 12/04/2024 through 12/03/2027.
