IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the Department of Homeless Services of the City of New York and Common Ground Management Corp. d/b/a Breaking Ground Management, located at 505 Eight Avenue, 5th Floor, New York, NY 10018, for the Provision of Safe Haven for Street Homeless clients at 320 Pearl Street, NY, NY 10038. The proposed contractor has been selected by Competitive Sealed Proposal Method, pursuant to Section 3-03 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
