IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the New York City Department of Buildings and Spruce Technology Inc., located at 1149 Bloomfield Ave., Suite G, Clifton, NJ 07012, for DOB NOW III System Integration services. The contract amount will be $26,400,000.00. The contract term will be from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2026 with two one-year renewal options. CB 1, Manhattan. E-PIN #: 81024N0001001.

 

The proposed contractor has been selected by Negotiated Acquisition Method, pursuant to Section 3-04 (b)(2)(i)(D) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
